Mary said that she would have the banquet manager call me back for a full explanation of why we could not be accommodated. Her explanation was that they could not accommodate more than 20 people.
Mary then advised me that after conferring with her Banquet Manager that they would not be able to accommodate our group. I called Mary back on Wednesday evening for confirmation. She nor her banquet manager called me back on Tuesday. Mary stated that she would confer with her banquet manager to approve things and then she would call me later that day to confirm.
